ABANTU MILIYONI 18 BAHITANWA N'INDWARA Z'UMUTIMA BURI MWAKA - Ese mu Rwanda hari gukorwa iki?

Sobanukirwa indwara z'umutima. Ese wazirinda gute?

Indwara z'umutima ni ijambo rusange risobanura indwara z'umutima cyangwa imiyoboro y'amaraso. Amaraso atembera mu mutima, ubwonko cyangwa umubiri ashobora kugabanuka kubera impamvu zitandukanye harimo: Kwiyubaka kw’ibinure by’amavuta imbere mu mitsi itwara amaraso, biganisha ku gukomera no kugabanuka kw’imitsi. Indwara z'umutima zibaho mu gihe amaraso y'umutima wawe ahagaritswe no kwiyongera kw’ibinure mu mitsi itwara amaraso mu mubiri.

5. Kunywa inzoga (alcohol) nyinshi.

6. Gukoresha ibiyobyabwenge byinshi ndetse n'imiti


 

Izi ndwara twazirinda dukoze ibi bikurikira:

1. Kurya indyo yuzuye ahanini igizwe n'imboga ndetse n'imbuto.

2. Kwirinda kunywa itabi ndetse n'imyotsi.

 

Abantu banywa itabi basabwa kwirinda gutumurira imyotsi yaryo ku bandi bantu.

Birashoboka ko umuntu wabaswe no kunywa itabi n'ibindi biyobyabwenge yabireka, kandi ibi bimugabanyiriza ibyago byo kurwara indwara zifata umutima n'imiyoboro y'amaraso.

 

Ubukene ni kimwe mu biza ku isonga mu gutuma abantu benshi ku isi basaga miliyoni 17 bahitanwa n'indwara zifata umutima n'imiyoboro y'amaraso.
